Assam permanent resident candidates are invited to apply online to register for the polytechnic entrance exam.
The application form for Assam PAT 2020 has been extended until May 10, 2020. Assam PAT is a statewide polytechnic entrance examination that is conducted once a year. Candidates are admitted to the Polytechnic Diploma course through this exam.
This test is carried out by the Department of Technical Education, Assam. The candidates have been admitted to various polytechnic diploma institutes in the state of Assam. The application form is available through an online form. Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have HSLC. Must have passed the exam or its equivalent exam as a compulsory subject with Mathematics and Science:
1. 40% of Mathematics and Science scores for general candidates [average]
Math and science 2.5% of grades for scheduled caste candidates [average]
3.33% mark [Average] in Mathematics and Science for the candidates of the Programmed Tribe.
Maximum age at 31-12-2020:
1. 20 years 6 months [General]
23 years months [SC / ST]

Application Fee: The application fee of Rs.500 / - [applicable additional bank charges] must be paid through "State Bank Collection", which facilitates payment via debit card/credit card / net banking.
The final step in applying online is to make a "State Bank Collection" cash deposit form and then make a cash payment to a State Bank. More instructions will be available during the online application process.

Candidates who want to apply for the Assam PAT, 2020 can go to the official Technical Education website by entering www.dte.assam.gov.in. Then click on "Online Application for PAT-2020" from March 1, it will be open until 05/12/2020 at 12 p.m.

Step 1 - Click "Apply here".
After clicking, the request form will appear
Step 2: Fill out the application form correctly. It is mandatory to complete all the fields.
Step 3: Upload your scanned photo and signature and save the application form by clicking the "Submit" button.
Step 4: Once the application form has been saved, a unique application number will be generated for you that will remain active throughout the entire admission process. Please read the instructions carefully and click "Next" to continue. The next step in the application process will take you to the State Bank Collection Payment Portal.
Step 5 - Payment process: there are two payment methods: online and offline
(i) Online payment can be made through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
(ii) Offline payment can be made to any branch of the State Bank of India by printing the produced bank invoice and depositing the fee amount at any nearest SBI branch.
For future reference, produced by State Bank Collector Restore receipt printers. The "State Bank Collection" step is the final step in the application and must be completed for the application process to be successful.
Note: (i) Candidates who have successfully completed the above steps will be able to check their status at any time using the applicant login area.
(ii) Payments made/received are generally reflected and updated at the applicant's login within 5 days after receipt of payment confirmation from the bank.
