Assam HSLC results 2020: Results may be delayed

Assam HSLC results may be delayed by at least one month due to a continuous nationwide lockdown. Since the entire country is in lockdown, and the situation may get worsen, hence it was expected that the HSLC result might postpone. In general, Every year the HSLC result is declared in the first half of May.

The Assam Tribune reported that although the HSLC exams may end on time this year, the announcement of results will be delayed due to the lockdown. Sources said that the evaluation of the answer scripts was completed before the lockdown, but the processing of the results could not be carried out which could delay the announcement of the results.




Sources said the results of the HSLC exam were announced on May 15 last year and this year, SEBA is optimistic about announcing the results by June 15, but it will depend on the ground situation.

“Since the evaluation is done, hence one major job has been completed, but it will take about 25 days to process and in addition, some work will be done out of state. Although SEBA is optimistic about announcing the results by June 15, it will depend on the situation in other parts of the country."

Let's wait till 25, June. The lockdown in the state again been extended till 31st May. If the situation gets better, then might see the result on time
